The hotel is beautiful, amenities is complete and customer services are commendable. the location in Shamiandao is very convenient to explore the place with a nice ambience. highly recommended to stay if you're in Guangzhou

SUPER SUPER, j'ai adoré cet hôtel de suites. Nous avons réservé 2 suites à un lit simple, chacune avec une kitchenette, entièrement équipée avec four à micro-ondes, ustensiles et assiettes, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Les toilettes sont équipées d'un bidet automatique Toto et de tous les articles de toilette nécessaires. Nous avons apprécié nos collations à l'îlot de la kitchenette. Chaque matin, nous prenions une tasse de café à la réception au L7. L'emplacement est superbe avec quelques centres commerciaux et de nombreux restaurants tout autour. Le personnel de la réception et de la conciergerie est exceptionnellement amical et professionnel. Je vais certainement envisager de réserver le groupe d'hôtels Fraser lors de mes prochaines vacances !

My family stayed in premier twin rooms each with separate living room. Very spacious, comfortable with fantastic views of the river. Great location: 4 mins from metro and river, 9 mins to Beijing Lu. Also discovered a hidden gem, Xia Jiao Mei Restaurant at 5th flr, Haizhu Plaza (2 mins from hotel) with fantastic dim sum. Enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the river on the way back to the hotel. Laundry service and massage chairs available at 11th Flr. Hotel reception looks a bit dated but staff were helpful and friendly. Lifts can be crowded and slow during peak times. They have a robots doing food delivery to the rooms.

There are many restaurants in the shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The service is very good, and bottled water is provided free of charge in the room. The swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep and has a small area for children to play in the water. Swim caps are required.

Overall very good. Room is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, value of money. Most tourists staying here are foreign tourists rather than local Chinese tourists.
