Nous avons eu des cadeaux, des boissons et des pâtisseries gratuits avant la visite officielle pendant que nous attendions. M. Ivan était très arrangeant et a aidé à prendre des photos de tout le monde à chaque arrêt pendant la visite. Il nous a également recommandé où utiliser les bons cadeaux et nous avons passé un excellent dîner à Kiapo.

Expérience incroyable. Le guide est vraiment arrangeant et la visite est bien conçue. Boisson fraîche gratuite à notre arrivée et beaucoup de dégustations. Bar à faire soi-même inclus. Très bien !

Great location. Very accessible to MOA and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The check-in process was quite quick despite the long queue. The only concern I had was that we were hearing a continuous noise. We thought that was from the AC but it seemed to be coming from the electrical room or something. We stayed on the very top floor (18th).

I had a wonderful experience staying in grand west side hotel for the firstime. The lobby is good smell with I really like and admire in a hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Aircon is strong and water in the bathroom is strong also. The staff are kind and helpful, they give your request easily. The breakfast area is so warm and esthetic, clean and with a variety of food.

La chambre était spacieuse, impeccable et sentait le luxe absolu - chaque détail était de qualité supérieure.
