Terms and Conditions of the Admission Ticket

• This ticket is valid throughout the designated session selected at the time of purchase. Admission will be closed 30 minutes before the closing time of each event session.
• Each ticket admits one entry for one person aged three years or above only.
• Seniors aged 65 or above, children aged 3 to 12, full-time students and people with disabilities are entitled to a 50% discount. Concessionary ticket holders are required to present identification documents upon admission.
• Under the laws of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor under 18 years old in the course of business.
• Wine and food tasting are subject to related terms and conditions of Tasting Pass and Token.
• Each ticket will only be accepted once. Once used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused. Additional or duplicate copies will not be accepted.
• Tickets sold are not refundable.
• No replacement will be offered for any lost, defaced or damaged admission ticket.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the festival in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the festival.
• This ticket, whether in a physical or digital format, will be collected and/or scanned by staff at the festival entrance.

Terms & Conditions of the Tasting Pass Voucher

• This voucher is valid throughout the festival period from 26 to 29 October 2023. Pass redemption and admission are closed 30 minutes before the closing time of each event session.
• Present this voucher at the Collection Counter at the festival venue entrance for collection of the Tasting Pass. Once used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused.
• The 8-token tasting pass (valued at HK$200) comes with one eco cup; the 14-token tasting pass (valued at HK$400) comes with one wine glass.
• Tokens will be stored on a smart card which can be redeemed at the festival venue by presenting the PDF ticket in the confirmation email; or in digital format stored on the ‘Wine & Dine Tasting Pass’ mobile app. The tokens can be used at any booths at the festival for wine and food tasting.
• No exchanges or replacements will be offered for the eco cup or wine glass once it has been collected.
• Participants must be aged 18 years or above and bear an official stamp on the hand or any visible part of the body to be eligible for wine tasting and must produce proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of festival staff.
• This voucher will not be replaced in case of loss, defacement or damage.
• This voucher will only be accepted once for redemption of the Tasting Pass at the Collection Counter. Additional and duplicated copies will not be accepted.
• This voucher has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the festival in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the festival.
• The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is not a supplier of the products and services of the merchants and shall not be responsible for any liabilities in relation thereto.
• HKTB and participating merchants reserve the right of the final decision in case of any disputes.

• Tasting Pass – with 8 tokens (Tokens x 8 + Eco Cup x 1)
• The Tasting Pass does not include admission to the event; separate purchase of an admission ticket is required.
