Le service client m'a dit que je devais utiliser ma carte d'identité pour échanger des billets, mais je ne l'ai pas utilisée du tout. Ensuite, j'ai découvert que Klook m'avait réservé 2 sièges dans des rangées différentes (j'ai acheté 2 billets à la fois et non séparément ).
