Tour et guide fantastiques (Manish) qui nous ont amenés à essayer tant de choses que nous ne pouvions pas toutes les finir? pour essayer un peu de chacun), il nous a encouragés à essayer davantage de collations salées et à acheter tout ce qui nous intéressait - certains ne faisaient peut-être pas partie de la liste de la tournée à l'origine ?? Nous a également appris à choisir les stands de nourriture de rue à acheter lorsque nous sommes seuls, afin de réduire les risques d'avoir des maux d'estomac. Ses conseils ont beaucoup aidé - nous n'avons eu aucune intoxication alimentaire même après 25 jours en Inde et beaucoup de nourriture de rue! !
Manish était une excellente escorte dans les rues du centre de Varanasi pendant environ une heure. Il nous a fait essayer 4/5 street food et nous a fait ressentir l'ambiance de la ville.
C'était parce que j'étais allé au Népal avant, donc pour être honnête, ce n'était pas très bon. Cela a été fait à une époque où la porte n'était pas ouverte, donc c'était comme si je faisais ce que je faisais encore et encore. Lors d'un trekking au Népal, j'ai mangé tous les aliments communs à l'Inde et au Népal, alors veuillez en tenir compte.
