- If the number of people is not full, one more baggage can be placed in the seat for each less person.
- The driving time is 10 hours, and an additional 5,000 yen/hour will be charged for overtime (payable on site) Service hours: 8:00-20:00 every day, can be extended to 10:00 at the latest Overtime service fee: If the service time exceeds 10 hours or the service is provided between 20:00-22:00, an additional JPY5,000/hour will be charged (less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour) Child Seat If you need a child seat, the first one is provided free of charge, and the second one is 2,000 yen each. Please “note” the quantity requirement on the order page. Please pay the fee to the driver on site. The pick-up and drop-off area is limited to Kyoto City (that is, the start and end points must be within Kyoto City). If your pick-up location is within the options but outside Kyoto City, the travel time will be 9 hours. If your pick-up location is outside of Kyoto City and is not available in the options, an additional fee of 5,000 yen or more will apply. If the departure/end point is at Kansai Airport or Izumi City, an additional 16,000 yen will be charged for 7-seaters and 18,000 yen for 10-seaters. Excess mileage fee: When the total distance exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional fee of JPY400/km will be charged Departure time and itinerary content can be arranged by you Driver language: Chinese/Japanese/English (assigned randomly, guests can request it in advance, we will try our best to arrange it, but if it cannot be arranged, we will use translation software) Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into the scenic spots, but will explain the guide to the scenic spots in the car!
