- For a small group of 1-13 people, the driver will be the guide and the driver will not get off the bus to accompany the group; for a bus group of 14-49 people, the guide will be independent, and the actual number of people will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day of the group
- In the event of force majeure (snowstorm, highway closure, etc.), the group fee will not be refunded or changed if the attractions are cancelled or the itinerary is changed
- The minimum number of people for a group is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
- In the event of bad weather such as typhoons and snowstorms, the decision on whether the group will be cancelled will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and an email notification will be sent at any time thereafter.
- Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if necessary).

- The company will not refund if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.

Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses. - Weather conditions may affect the best viewing period of flowers. The tour will not be suspended or refunded for this reason. Please note.
- Due to the large number of people during the flower season, there may be serious traffic jams. It is recommended to bring light meals.
- The flower viewing period will be slightly affected by weather conditions and will be slightly earlier or later. After the tour is formed, it will not be affected by the flowering conditions and will proceed as usual. Please note.
- After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers themselves.
