• Joining during the tour is not allowed, cancellations and refunds are not possible for no-show on the day
• The guide's explanations during the tour are intellectual property rights, so you can't record audios or take videos of guide

About the Concert

• Items that interfere with the performance, such as selfie sticks, simple chairs, and ladders, as well as fire dangerous substances such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers, are prohibited
• Performance times and teatured artists are subject to change without prior notice
• Seats will be determined on the performance day. Zones and seats can't be designated in advance
• Baggage checks may be conducted before entering the venue
• Neither the company nor the organizers are reponsible for lost or stolen tickets after ticket is issude. Tickets can't be reissued
