  • By using this FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy statement located at https://www.fomoasia.co/terms-and-conditions, and all applicable laws without any restrictions.
  • Anyone (whether the purchaser of the FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket or a third party holding the FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket) presenting the FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket, entering the venue, and enjoying any privileges associated with the FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket must comply with these Terms and Conditions and any regulations of the venue.
  • Attendees must present a valid FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket or e-ticket for admission. The organizer, Blockbusters Lab, may refuse entry to anyone who arrives outside of the designated date/time.
  • Any forged or counterfeit FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket will not be accepted.
  • FOMO Asia Genesis Conference tickets may not be resold, exchanged for cash, any other goods, services, and/or promotions.
  • Damaged, deleted, or lost FOMO Asia Genesis Conference tickets will not be replaced or reissued.
  • You agree that Blockbusters Lab may use any images or videos, including your likeness, taken during the event in any manner and media it deems appropriate worldwide for any purpose (including but not limited to promotion and marketing or organizing any other event).
  • Blockbusters Lab reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at any time without compensation.
  • Blockbusters Lab may suspend or terminate the use of any FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket at any time without compensation.
  • In the event of any dispute related to the FOMO Asia Genesis Conference ticket, the decision of Blockbusters Lab shall be final and binding.
  • These terms and conditions are written in English. The Chinese translation is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
