Booking guidelines

• Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
• Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
• Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
• WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
• A deposit of HKD 500 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

Additional information

• For pick-up order, please order at least 1 days prior to your departure date
• This particular service is only provided for Southeast Asia areas
• If the device is fully charged, it can be used continuously for 4-6 hours. It is recommended to carry a portable battery charger to recharge your device on the go

Pick Up Procedure:

• Present your voucher when you pick up the device
• HKD500 deposite for each devise

Return Procedure:

• Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
• Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient
