Meet award-winning Chef Henrik Jyrk, his team of sous chefs, and sommelier at Dusk Restaurant & Bar for their first-ever overseas dining collaboration exclusively for 9 nights as they provide you with a Nordic-Asian Michelin experience set against breathtaking hilltop views.

Known for his mastery of Nordic-Asian cuisine, Chef Henrik Jyrk is an award-winning chef from Copenhagen, Denmark who in 2020 served as a guest judge on MasterChef Denmark. He has won several competitions in Denmark including Til Migddag Hos in 2019 as well as the largest national cooking competition, Sol Over Gudhjem, twice, in 2016 and 2017. Chef Henrik Jyrk was Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant Atelier Crenn in 2011, when they received their first Michelin Star.

Exclusively, from 3 to 11 December 2022 (fully booked on 7 December), Chef Henrik Jyrk will be unveiling to guests a 6-course menu of his signature Nordic-Asian Cuisine at $198++ per person, with wine pairing options available from $98++.

Inspired by nature and the sea, this exclusive 6-course dinner menu features air-flown Danish produce with Asian ingredients, starting off with a trio of Nordic-Asian snacks including Æbleskive with Danish Bacon and Black Truffle, Croustade with Danish Smoked Cheese, Wasabi and Raw Shrimp, and Fresh Oyster served with Danish Cherry and Japanese Sake Vinaigrette.

Diners can look forward to dishes such as Kartofler Og Kaviar, consisting of potato slow cooked in Butter and Kombu, served with Oscietra Caviar and a medley of Fresh Clams cooked in Dashi with Japanese Sancho Pepper. Another menu highlight is Dansk Økologisk Tværreb; an 18-hour braised Organic Danish Beef Short Rib accompanied with Caviar, Caramelised Onion Puree, and Japanese Umeboshi, served on bespoke dinnerware created by local ceramic artist, Ng Yang Ce.
