#【Workshop Features】 **Recently, the craze of Tufting has spread from abroad. This activity can not only relax your body and mind, but also allow you to create unique handicrafts. **

**Tufting's literal translation is "tufting method", which is an embroidery technique that uses poking movements to quickly and continuously pass yarn through the fabric backing at a fixed rhythm. The process of tufting is very therapeutic. When the wool is nailed into the canvas, the "squeaking" sound is similar to white noise, allowing participants to put aside distracting thoughts and focus on what is in front of them. In the Tufting workshop, the instructor will teach students how to install the base fabric for the embroidery frame, position it, start the draft, and use the carpet gun. Soon you will be able to show off your skills! **

#【How to get there】

• Take buses from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island: 108, 117 (alight at Lee Theater Station), 102, 112, 116 (alight at Soi Kwong Department Store Station)
• Take the MTR to Causeway Bay Station, take Exit F1 (Hysan Place), turn right and go up the small ramp to Kai Chiu Road, go straight to the end, turn left and go straight to Fu Ming Street to reach Po Ming Building. The whole journey takes about 3 minutes.

*Each e-ticket only provides 1 seat. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult to make the production, and the accompanying person does not need to purchase a ticket.

• All workshops are for one person using one machine and only one frame. If you want to share it with two people (two people using one machine to produce one work), it will cost +$150,
• Post-production takes about 1-2 weeks. After completion, you can choose to pay by SF Express or pick it up at the studio.
• If it cannot be completed within the time limit, you can choose to complete the work overtime or have the staff complete the remaining part.
• Overtime: $150/hour; completed works: $200/piece
• Please arrive at the studio on time. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will give up your seat. If there are special circumstances, please contact the studio for enquiry.
• Typhoon No. 1, 3 or Red and Black Rain studios will operate as usual. Typhoon No. 8 signals can be rescheduled by contacting the studio.
• The studio will provide some reference pictures and staff guidance to make it easier for customers to complete the work.
• There are restrooms in the studio.
• In case of any dispute, Handicraft Classroom reserves the right of final decision.
