  • For self pick up/drop off, your device will be available for pick up one business day before departure and is due for return one business day after arrival
  • For the courier service option, the device will be delivered one business day before departure and will be collected one business day after arrival, between 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time
  • A penalty will be charged for late returns, at SGD 20 per day
  • The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device
