About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- A deposit of MYR 100 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 350 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up
- For support, kindly refer to the manual guide provided by Roamingman to learn how to activate your portable WiFi. If you require assistance during the rental period, please contact the operator via WhatsApp text message at +60-102508380, operator's support is available daily from 08:00 to 24:00 (GMT +8 time zone)
Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 20/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required

Cela a très bien fonctionné pendant tout notre séjour à KL. C'était un peu difficile à trouver car c'était notre première fois à KLIA et nous avons dû demander de l'aide à un agent de sécurité. Et notre chauffeur nous attendait, donc nous étions un peu pressés par le temps. Il était également difficile d'ouvrir mon application Klook pour afficher ma réservation, mais j'ai dû d'abord me connecter au Wi-Fi de l'aéroport. C'étaient les seuls problèmes, le Wi-Fi était super ! Je les utiliserais certainement à nouveau à mon retour en Malaisie 🇲🇾. Terima Kasih.
Hautement recommandé ! Je l'ai utilisé pendant 5 jours. Données illimitées partagées par 3. Je n'ai connu aucun ralentissement pendant l'utilisation. Très abordable. La réclamation et le retour ont été rapides et efficaces. Pas de dépôt pour l'unité. Réclamé au terminal 2. Un incontournable pour Grab et Google Maps ! Également utilisé pour télécharger des photos immédiatement.
Il m'a fallu un certain temps pour trouver la zone de réclamation à KLIA2, mais dans l'ensemble, les performances du wifi de poche étaient superbes ! Voici quelques photos que nous avons prises dans la belle KL.
La vitesse Internet était rapide. Nous l'avons utilisé en Malaisie et à Singapour et n'avons rencontré aucun problème ! Il a également été facilement récupéré même à 2 heures du matin.
J'ai réservé un Pocket WiFi via Klook pour mon voyage, et c'était une excellente décision ! Le processus de récupération était très pratique et l'appareil était prêt à l'emploi dès sa sortie de la boîte. Je n'ai eu aucun problème pour rester connecté pour la navigation, les mises à jour des réseaux sociaux et les e-mails professionnels.
J'ai reçu la réservation sur mon téléphone. Nous sommes tous les deux connectés aux gadgets, très pratique ! Avec une utilisation active, la batterie ne suffira probablement pas pour une journée, mais le croyant a aidé. Ils acceptent un dépôt, mais uniquement par virement bancaire, gardez à l'esprit.
Roamingman est super fiable et le comptoir est ouvert 24 heures sur 24. Nous profiterons à nouveau de leur service à l'avenir, fortement recommandé.
L'Internet était rapide et le wifi de poche était très fiable pendant notre séjour à KL. J'achèterai certainement à nouveau à notre retour.
Le WiFi de poche était vraiment fiable lors de notre voyage en Malaisie et à Singapour. Le signal était bon et n'a eu aucun problème. Je n'ai pas de photos du produit mais j'en ai du voyage.
C'est la 2e fois que nous profitons de roamingman. Toujours fiable et facile à utiliser.
