Discover a hidden gem in Sankar Village with this guided one day tour that shows you unique cultures, as well as stunning floating farms and villages! The tour begins with a pick up at your hotel in Nyaung Shwe City, followed by a scenic boat ride across Inle Lake. Gaze at the lake's serene waters and lush bamboo forests while you make your way to Sankar, the farthest village in the area, where you'll be greeted by a fantastic view of ruined stupas set against the dense vegetation behind it. Once you get off the boat, you'll explore the village with your English-speaking tour guide - meet the friendly villagers as you watch them collect lotus flowers from the lake and see students make their way from school. Visit Thar Kaung, the only temple in the village, before you take a quick lunch break at your own expense and head back to your hotel in Nyaung Shwe.

Une belle expérience de voir un petit village et comment ils vivent... pas tellement de tourisme (c'est mieux comme ça). Nous avons marché une petite betterave à l'intérieur du village et nous avons même vu une petite ferme (petits petits cochons) :-) .. nous achetons du miel à un producteur local. Nous avons également vu comment ils produisent de l'alcool de riz où nous pouvons l'essayer. . et nous achetons également un petit pot. C'est un voyage de 3 heures mais ça vaut aussi le coup de voir le paysage !!!!
L'environnement est très bon, il y a de grands champs, des forêts et des champs, une expérience très confortable.
Ça vaut le coup, les pêcheurs ici rament avec leurs pieds, c'est très spécial
