Le van est spacieux et confortable où tous mes enfants ont apprécié notre voyage de 3 heures à Hua hin. Son chauffeur assigné est très agréable de parler car il sait bien parler en anglais. Il est également arrivé à l'heure dans notre hôtel. Excellent service et c'est très pratique si vous voyagez avec des enfants.

La voiture était neuve et propre. Le chauffeur est arrivé plus tôt que l'heure prévue. Bon service.
Le chauffeur est à l'heure. La voiture Hao est très prudente. A notre retour, nous étions heureux d'être séparés du chauffeur. Des gens sympas. Peut communiquer en anglais simple.

Au retour, le chauffeur a perdu le colis à Hua Hin et a finalement fait un retour à Bangkok! Le service client n'a pas la possibilité de traiter le problème en un instant, et même le canal de demande de remboursement ne sait pas où il se trouve. C'est une mauvaise expérience et ce n'est pas recommandé!
