Access Rules and Regulations Eligibility

• Tickets are required for all ages. Each person shall have one ticket for admission. Children aged 12 or below are eligible to enter the venue accompanied & supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for the safe custody or care of their children while in the venue.
• Person(s) is (are) prohibited for access if you are having fever, coughing or respiratory symptoms or are required to undergo a compulsory quarantine now.
• Person(s) who wish to enter the venue should register on Klook and allocation is made on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Successful applicants must arrive at the venue within one hour of the booking time. Late arrivals will not be accepted

Before Access

• All participants must wear facial mask properly and maintain good personal & hand hygiene practices.
• Participants must accept body temperature screening and comply with the guidance of the staff and wait for access into the venue.
• Participants must enter the venue through the designated entrance in designated time slot. Two queues, “Access” and "Priority Access”, are available for the activity. Participants must queue up and enter the venue in accordance with your selected package and the arrangements of the staff. No objection to the sequence of access is allowed.

Participation Rules

• Participants must not drink or eat inside the room and shall keep cleanliness.
• Participants are not allowed to bring pets into the venue except guide dogs.
• Participants must keep appropriate social distance with other participants.
• Only one admission is allowed for each eligible participant. No re-access of the venue by another person is allowed with the same quota.
• Participants must concentrate on the situations of the venue and avoid any accidents.
• Any intentional collision, pushing and other dangerous acts in the venue are prohibited. If any of these situations do occur, the participants should immediately notify the staff to handle the situation.
• Moving, defacing, throwing, damaging or taking away any items in the venue are prohibited.
• Using foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in the venue are prohibited.
• Participants must immediately stop at any time during the visit and inform our staff if they experience any adverse health reactions.
• Participants who attempt to disturb other participants or staff, or participants who refuse to abide by the Rules and Regulations may be asked to leave the room immediately.

Photo Imaging Service Experience

• Participants must present a valid QR code to exchange for photos or products in Fotomax Counter at Ocean Terminal Lobby, Harbour City.
• Successful participants who have booked the "20-Minute Personal Photo Imaging Service Tour " are required to contact the staff in the Fotomax Counter at Ocean Terminal Lobby, Harbour City on the scheduled date and time.
• Photos sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Photos are available for download in the PictureAir App within 14 days.
• If the photographer may not be able to shoot outdoors due to bad weather, participants can choose to shoot on another date within the validity period.
• This service is provided by Fotomax (F.E.) Ltd. Harbour City Estates Limited shall not bear any responsibility for any service quality, amendments or terminations caused by it.

Departure

• All participants must leave the venue according to the guidance of the staff after shooting.

Personal Belongings Arrangement

• To ensure public safety, participants shall not bring any large baggage or bag, large personal belongings, strollers or any other dangerous items into the venue. The staff has the authority to inspect the personal belongings of participants entering the venue.
• Please be responsible for your own clothes and personal property during the visit. Harbour City Estates Limited will not be responsible for any stained, damaged, lost or stolen personal items that are brought into the venue.

Special Arrangement

• For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Harbour City Estates Limited may suspend the operation of the venue at any time without prior notice.
• The venue will be closed on the issue of tropical cyclone signal No. 8. Staff will resume work as soon as practicable after cancellation of the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above.
• The venue will reopen after 2 hours, if situation allows. The staff may also exercise discretion to close the venue when, in its opinion, that the venue is unsuitable for use from safety or operation point of view.

Others

• Donation proceeds will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• No donation receipt will be provided.
• All net proceeds from will benefit Hong Kong Blood Cancer Foundation.
• Participants shall be responsible for death or any injury or for any damage to or loss or destruction of property or any other economic loss or for any consequential loss, in any such case arising from any accident or mishap or otherwise arising from or connected with this event. Participants shall indemnify and keep indemnified Harbour City Estates Limited against all actions, claims, and demands by any case arising out of or as a result of the use of the venue facilities.
• Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to amend terms & conditions or amend & terminate the activities at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
• In case of any disputes, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right of final decision.
