Folded Brocade Hill & Wave-Subduing Hill Ticket Guilin

Take the opportunity to see two natural wonders in Guilin! Folded Brocade Hill is known for its dazzling natural scenery as well as its unique rock formations. True to its name, the rock formations are piled in such a way that they look as though they are folded brocade (woven silk fabric). Laurels grow heavily upon it, making it a remarkable sight to behold. Head to the Wind Cave for a cool breeze year-round, and look up to see the four smaller surrounding hills, all of them resting by the Li River. Folded Brocade Hill has a marble slide at the side of its main pathway which allows you to simply slide all the way down to the bottom of the hill! The Wave-Subduing Hill is also along the Li River, and stands at 213 meters high. Half of this glorious hill is on land while the other rests into the river itself. The hill takes its name from it ability to block the river water as it eddies around it. You can go see the Cloister at the second terrace of this hill and enjoy a beautiful blossoming garden with a 300-year-old boiler in its pavilion. They say it can feed up to a thousand people.
