• This November, Good Morning Tai Kwun Urban Recharge is back with new wellness sessions every Saturday* and Sunday morning. Relieve yourself from the stress of your schedule with Kung Fu and Yoga, and breathe in the positive energy with us. Limited slots daily!
• Date: Every Saturday* and Sunday in November (*6 & 7, 13 & 14, 20 & 21, 28 November, excluding 27 November)
• Time: 9.00am – 11.00am (first reserved first served, limited slots per day.)
• Location: Tai Kwun Prison Yard
