Il s'agissait probablement d'un examen tardif, mais subir un test RT PCR avec SGD est le processus le plus simple que j'ai jamais suivi. Le personnel est fantastique et très professionnel. Ils connaissent bien leur domaine de travail et leur expertise.

Je demande un remboursement, je n'ai pas effectué la réservation avec Singapore Diagnostic et aucun service à payer. Le personnel m'a dit par téléphone qu'il ne pouvait pas se conformer à mes exigences en matière de RT PCR.

The actual booking process and test was easy. Lady at the front was polite and the test was done very quickly. Turnaround time was over 24 hours and I had to miss a flight. I should have gotten the test earlier to give more buffer time but all the reviews said they received results in less than 24 hours. I still don’t hold that against them. What I do hold against them is the poor communication. I asked repeatedly if they could provide any word about when I would possibly receive the results. They would not communicate with me at all through email for hours even though they initially replied instantly when I first inquired about results.

土曜日のRT-PCR検査でしたが、日曜日の5時にPDFで送られてきて、セブパシフィック航空のチェックインでは紙にしていなくても搭乗手続きは」できました。少し距離がありますが、Walking Streetから10分程度で行けます。
