nous avons vérifié et confirmé l'itinéraire avant de réserver via klool. Malheureusement, le chauffeur disait recevoir n'importe quel itinéraire de Klook. notre planification a disparu à moitié, c'est-à-dire que les quatre endroits deviennent deux endroits. De plus, nous avons été informés que nous devions payer le supplément de miles par CNY4, parking, etc....
bien que les sièges soient confortables, il est peut-être préférable que le conducteur sache parler et comprendre l'anglais afin que nous puissions mieux communiquer, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est une bonne expérience
Le chauffeur est gentil et sympathique, et il est très enthousiaste à l'idée de nous emmener visiter les attractions. La prochaine fois, nous utiliserons certainement KLook pour réserver à nouveau des activités !
