J'avais réservé une excursion d'observation des baleines "matinale" à Oahu avec impatience, mais au final, je n'ai pas pu monter à bord du bateau. Je suis arrivé sur place vers 9h05, bien avant l'heure de départ prévue à 9h15. Cependant, la position indiquée sur la carte de l'application Klook n'était pas le "quai n°8", le lieu d'embarquement réel, mais un autre endroit à proximité. J'ai continué à errer à la recherche du lieu d'embarquement à cet endroit, et quand j'ai finalement trouvé l'emplacement exact, le bateau était déjà parti. J'ai expliqué sur place que les informations cartographiques de l'application n'étaient pas exactes, mais je n'ai pas pu obtenir de remboursement sans même avoir vécu l'expérience. Si vous souhaitez utiliser cette excursion, ne vous fiez pas uniquement à la carte de l'application et assurez-vous de vérifier individuellement à l'avance l'emplacement exact du "quai n°8". Je suis très désolé d'avoir vécu une telle expérience lors d'un voyage qui aurait dû être agréable.
