  • Bellavizio Bordeaux Blanc 2015: a Semillon/ Sauvignon Blanc blend awarded the 2018 Decanter World Wine Awards Silver Medal (90pts) and deemed the hidden jewel of Bordeaux “Entre Deux Mers”.
  • Demon Vartiere 2015: a 100% Carmenere varietal specially produced for Michelin 2-star restaurant Bo Innovation and blended to complement the umami of Asian cuisines and the eccentric flavours of molecular gastronomy.

Je peux entendre l'effort consenti pour passer du raisin au vin. Chaque étape nécessite une réflexion approfondie et la participation de nombreuses personnes.

Je n'ai pas touché à l'ensemble même si cela signifiait être conduit qu'avec le spectacle en ligne. Je ne savais pas que je ne pouvais pas rejoindre la soirée zoom lorsque je l'achetais. Totalement gâché parce que je n'aime pas le vin rouge du Chili.
