  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)

Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Additional information

  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • Please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional car in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit the chosen vehicle on the day of travel
  • Please note: Driver’s contact information will be sent one day before your departure date. Please contact operator if you would like to make amendments 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time. No amendments are allowed once a driver has been assigned to your booking
  • According to Malaysia law, all children aged 0-12 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
  • Child seat: Available for children aged 0-12 or under 135cm
