Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
A deposit of HKD1000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Only cash deposits are accepted
When ordering the translator, please select your actual departure and return date
If your flight is after 12:00am, please fill in the date and time that you will pick up the translator (e.g. if your flight is at 18 Jan, 1:30am, you can choose to pick up the translator at 17 Jan, 11:00pm)
The same goes for the return date; if your return flight is slightly before 12:00am, you may fill the date and time you will intend to return the equipment. (e.g. if your return flight is 18 Jan 11:30pm, you can fill return time at 19 Jan, 12:30am)
Early morning flight pick up time: One day earlier, after 9:00pm
Early morning flight return time: Before 4:00am on the day after. After 4:00am, it will have an extra charge (per day)

A surcharge of HKD20 per day will apply if you do not return the translator on the date and time specified, payable onsite
