You'll be riding with a professional, English speaking driver who will wait for you in your hotel lobby or the airport. You will have plenty of room for yourself and up to two companions as well as room for luggage. Book a one way transfer and for the return journey, simply make another booking for the opposite direction. Throw your cares away and relax in the lap of luxury as you head off to or from the airport with new adventures awaiting you.

Confirmation:
- You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
Schedule:
- Daytime: 8:00am-10:00pm
- Evening: 10:00pm-8:00am
- Please note that a cash fee of KRW20,000 will be charged for evening pick ups
Additional Information:
- The number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 5 (e.g. 3 passengers should take no more than 2 standard size luggage)
- Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 28" will be considered 2 pieces
- If you need to stop at other sites on the way to or from the airport, a charge of KRW20,000 will be collected in cash by the driver
Incheon International Airport Pick Up:
- Please indicate your flight arrival time when booking
- Pick up time and extra charges will be based on flight arrival time. If you want to be picked up at another time, please contact Klook in advance
- A waiting time of up to 90 min is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 min after actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver
- The driver will wait a maximum of 150 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises
Airport Terminal 1
- Please meet the driver near Gate 12 (inside the hall) and the driver will be holding a Klook signage and your name
Aiport Terminal 2
- Please meet the driver near Gate 6 (inside the hall) and the driver will be holding a Klook signage and your name
Incheon International Airport Drop Off:
- Please indicate your desired hotel pick up time upon check out
- It is recommended that you schedule your pick up for at least 3 hours prior to departure
- Be reminded to arrive at your designated pick up area at least 5 minutes prior to the pick up
- A waiting time of up to 30 minutes is free of charge
- A surcharge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver in cash for over 30 minutes of waiting time

Comme j'avais réservé une correspondance aéroport-hôtel en même temps, le chauffeur était en retard à ce moment-là, j'ai donc contacté la fenêtre WhatsApp la veille du voyage de retour. Assurez-vous d'être à l'heure. Le lendemain, non seulement le chauffeur est arrivé en avance, mais la fenêtre m'a également informé que le chauffeur était arrivé dix minutes avant l'heure de dépose prévue, ce qui m'a mis à l'aise.

Chuyến đi kinh hoàng khi tài xế bất cẩn và bị va xe vào lề đường ở trong đường hầm ra sân bay. Tài xế tiếng Trung và kg hề biết tiếng Anh nên kg thể nói gì được. Mong là bên Klook sẽ lưu ý vấn đề này
Le service était excellent! Rapide et sympa. La voiture avait "Klook" sur le côté. Facile à trouver. Merci.
Le conducteur était gentil, mais à peine une expérience de «luxe». Je n'avais pas l'impression d'être un pilote professionnel. Le chauffeur était habillé avec des vêtements déchirés et n’a offert aucune aide pour les bagages. Les sièges ont été repoussés à fond, laissant peu de place aux jambes. Le conducteur ne connaissait pas l'emplacement des principaux sites d'intérêt à Séoul. Le style de conduite était inconfortable, avec beaucoup de «pompage» de l’essence et des freins, au lieu d’une conduite souple.
