La voiture privée était spacieuse et très confortable. Le chauffeur était également sympathique et adapté à notre itinéraire de la ville de Bangkok à Kanchanaburi

Le chauffeur nous a donné des bouteilles d'eau gratuites. Il parlait un anglais de base, j'ai donc utilisé Google Translate pour parler.
Le chauffeur est très responsable. La voiture est très confortable pour un trajet de 1 à 2 heures. Nous sommes allés au célèbre marché flottant et au marché ferroviaire.
J'avais besoin de sortir de la ville pour visiter le café d'un ami. Le chauffeur a correctement planifié l'itinéraire après que l'itinéraire ait été indiqué dans la réservation initiale. Le chauffeur était sûr, sympathique et toujours à l'heure pour chaque étape de prise en charge et de retour! Hautement recommandé
Je dois dire que j'ai apprécié le processus de réservation de l'application Klook. c'était très simple et facile. J'ai réservé une location de voiture privée avec chauffeur (anglophone) pour visiter des maisons relatives. Cependant, lorsque le chauffeur est arrivé et a découvert qu'il s'agissait d'une visite à domicile, il était mécontent. Le pire, c'est qu'il ne parle pas anglais. Il a dit au concierge de l'hôtel qu'il n'était pas informé de la visite à domicile de sa société. Il a terminé sa mission grincheux.
