Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Weight: No single bag may weigh more than 30kg or 66lbs. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and extra luggage. Please pay directy to the driver
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags can be accommodated. Please indicate this upon checkout
- Oversized baggage such as the balikbayan box is equivalent to 2-3 luggages. Due to the size of the balikbayan box, please request assistance from a porter at NAIA to assist in loading the box. Any damage to the items will not be shouldered by the operator
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit

Service très efficace l'attente n'a pas été longue du tout même eu un banc privé pour que je puisse m'asseoir et attendre l'arrivée de la voiture rien à reprocher à la qualité du service du chauffeur et très facile à trouver
Sans tracas. Le chauffeur est arrivé rapidement. Personnel amical.
J'étais très hésitant à réserver ce service à cause des quelques mauvaises critiques. mais j'avais tort, le chauffeur était efficace a obtenu une camionnette au lieu d'une berline.
très professionnel et ponctuel. le chauffeur était au point de prise en charge une heure avant l'horaire.
c'était un excellent service, nous étions directement dans la camionnette, fortement recommandé

ok pour son but. les chauffeurs sont sympathiques. 10-15 minutes d'attente après présentation du bon.
Arrivez en alerte le vol du matin à 4 heures du matin. Alamo est difficile à trouver, sortez et traversez la rue et descendez au niveau suivant. Petit stand Woden mais pas de personnel à mon heure d'arrivée. J'avais une carte SIM et j'ai trouvé un numéro dans mes e-mails auquel on a répondu rapidement. La voiture est arrivée rapidement mais était vieille et sentait un peu le chauffeur s'est un peu perdu car l'emplacement exact de l'hôtel n'avait pas de GPS Dans l'ensemble, à cette heure de la journée, je soupçonne qu'un taxi ou une prise serait moins cher et plus rapide

The driver arrived on time and helped with baggage. Since it was early Sunday morning, the Manila traffic was much lighter than usual. He drove safely, but that where the good trip ended. Klook had asked us to verify our flight details, airline, flight number and time. We pulled up to the terminal, got out, tipped the driver well, and off he drove. Then we proceeded towards the terminal, only to be told after showing our e-tickets, our flight was out of terminal #4. We had to take another cab to get there. Fortunately for us, we were plenty early, and easily made the flight. KLOOK - if you ask to verify flight information, pass it onto the driver, so he can take the passengers to the correct terminal!
Bad experience. driver no show. Had to call him and he had no idea which terminal I am , even tho he had my flight details. Didnt respond to SMS , and had to call him on the phone. When I informed the driver that I was at T3, his reply was, " I am in Terminal 1" I think the driver expected me to walk to T1 instead of him driving to me at T3. And to make matters worse, he could not locate the hotel. Drove around twice.
