Booking Guidelines:

• Airport Pick Up: Please select your airport pick up service date based on “Scheduled Flight Landing Time (UTC +08:00)” accurately upon checkout. For example, if your flight is scheduled to land at 2 Dec at 11:30pm, please select 2 Dec
• Hotel Pick Up: Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 3.5 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

Vehicle Information:

• Group of 4 passengers or less; can accommodate two pieces of 24-inch luggage
• Group of 8 passengers or less; can accommodate four pieces of 28-inch luggage and four pieces of 26-inch luggage
• Please ensure that your number of luggage matches the vehicle you select. Refunds will not be issued if number of luggage exceeds capacity of car trunk

Additional Information:

• Please note: If your flight arrives between 11:00pm-5:59am, please select the Late Pick Up Service with surcharge of TWD200
• Please note: You will receive the driver’s contact information via text message, WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat between 8:00pm-10:00pm (Taiwan time, UTC +8) a day before your chosen pick up date
• Only the 8-seater vehicles are stroller and wheelchair (accessible as long as they are foldable)
• Please note: As mandated by local law, child safety seats are required for children aged 0-4 or weigh less than 18kg. You can book child safety seats per car upon booking
• Group of 1 - 4 : You can book a maximum of 1 child safety seats per car with a surcharge
• Group of 1 - 8: You can book a maximum of 2 child safety seats per car with a surcharge

Vehicle Overtime Charges:

• All surcharges must be paid in cash (TWD) to the driver onsite
• After the allowable waiting time passes, you will be charged a fee of TWD200 every 30 minutes. Driver will only wait for an extended number of time (overtime) if he has contacted the passengers and arranged it with them
• Pick up service: The maximum waiting time is 90 minutes since flight actual arrival time
• Drop off service: The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. Please make sure you will be punctual on departure date

Remote Areas Surcharges:

• Please note: All surcharges must be paid in cash (TWD) to the driver onsite
• TWD200: Xinwu, Longtan, Yangmei, Daxi (surcharges of the mountain area in these locations will depend on the actual location)
• Please note: For remote pick up and drop off locations in areas not mentioned above, the amount will be decided on site based on the distance
