Package Options:

Arrival Service:

• Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the exit of the aerobridge
• You will be escorted to main terminal immigration for clearance, followed by baggage belt for baggage collection
• Guest Relations Officer will coordinate with your assigned driver or receiving party at the arrival hall for pickup

Departure Service:

• Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the kerbside at main terminal, departure level
• You will be escorted to the check-in counters for baggage check-in and boarding pass collection
• You will then be escorted to the immigration counter for clearance and followed by the departure gate or preferred transit lounge
• GST refunds are available upon request

Additional information

• This service is available for up to 3 persons (without buggy) / 2 persons (with buggy) travelling on the same flight
• The maximum time for completion of service is 75-minute. An additional hour is chargeable at a full rate + GST per hour. (Minimum charge is 1-hour)
• COVID-19 PCR test fee (Prior booking is required & payment to be made at Changi Airport website upon booking)
• To ensure all documents are available to gain entry into Singapore (ATP/VTL/BTP, SG Arrival Card, and any other travel documents
• The electric buggy transfer is only available within the transit area
• The operator has the right to request payment if you fail to indicate the midnight surcharge unit (for transfer departing or arriving between 22:00-07:00)
• T4 surcharge is applicable at SGD100+ (for flight facilitated via Terminal 4 for high-risk countries)
• 15%/event peak season surcharges will also apply to eve/on Singapore public holidays

Redemption Process:

• Please email reservations@jetquay.com.sg with your preferred date, time, flight No., passport information, and Klook voucher number to confirm your booking. The JetQuay reserves the right to reject any guests without prior reservation
• Please indicate any special request such as: Signage and transfer request, vehicle details, etc., during your reservation
• Reservation has to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute booking (within 48 hours) is subject to availability, please kindly call the Operations Team at (65) 6543 4248 to confirm the availability of this service
• Any individual flight amendments/cancellations made with less than 48 hours prior to service date and time will be at full charge. In the event of “no shows”, full rates apply.
