  • Only bottled water is allowed on board. Food and other drinks are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • If you are not present for pick up and cannot be reached, you will be considered as a 'no show' and no refunds will be given
  • A surcharge will apply for every 5-minute waiting time or overtime outside the booked service hours
  • Transfers between 12:00am and 5:00am will incur a 33% surcharge
