Booking Guidelines:

  • Airport Pick Up: Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives between 12:00am-11:59pm on 2 May, select 2 May
  • Hotel Pick Up: Your preferred pick up date & time should be at least 3-4 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

Confirmation:

  • You will receive a confirmation email and ticket instantly after booking

Vehicle Options:

  • Standard Van: Maximum 1 passengers + 1 standard sized luggage + 1 handbag
  • Standard Luggage Size: 24". Bags over 28" will be considered 2 pieces

Luggage Information:

  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
  • Maximum 1 standard luggage (no more than 20kg) and 1 handbag per person

Additional Information:

  • The driver can speak basic English
  • Children aged 0-4 with height under 100cm can ride for free if they do not require a seat
  • No service for child seat
  • No service for outside service areas
  • No animals are allowed onboard except for assistance dogs
  • Each passenger is allowed to have 1 baggage with the maximum weight of 20kg and 1 carry on bag on board free of charge （Not allow if cu bring more than 2 luggages / person）
  • Maximum 10 persons per van
  • Only bottled water is allowed on board, other food and drinks are prohibited inside the vehicle
  • Vehicle is wheelchair/stroller friendly
