- This particular service is only provided for the country of destination selected
- SIM cards are generally available
- Data will start upon activation of the SIM card (putting the SIM card in the phone) and will end based on the number of days the customer subscribed to. Example: Customer activated the SIM on a Thursday at 10:00am and bought the 5 days worth of data, then the SIM will expire on Tuesday 10:00am
- This offer is a Data Only SIM card. Calling and texting will not be possible with a data SIM
- Once you’ve reached the maximum volume allocation, internet speed will drop to 3G with unlimited data
- SIM cards are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- Only works with open line phones SIMs are not compatible with closed or network-locked phones

International Fair Usage Policy:
- 4G WiFi Fair Use Policy: If the daily data limit has been reached, the speed will throttle down and will change to 3G
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited or throttled at the discretion of the telecommunications company of the country of destination
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
- Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

Delivery Procedure:
- Time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
- Indicate your complete delivery information upon checkout. The SIM card will be delivered to your doorstep at least 2 days before your departure
- You must present your voucher to the driver upon picking up the SIM card
- Delivery lead time: within Metro Manila 2 to 3 days
- For outside metro manila deliveries, please book your SIM card at least 7-10 business days prior to your travel date
SIM Card Activation Procedure:
- Plug in the SIM card in your phone. Your phone will automatically connect to the network
- All SIM Cards are preconfigured to be plug and play
- Should there be any issues in activation email info@bigskynation.com
SIM Card Validity
- The validity of the data package will begin on the date of activation by the customer and will be valid based on the number of days purchased by the customer.
- If the activation is delayed, please note that the validity period will not be extended.
Manual Activation Procedure
Android APN Setting
- Insert SIM in the card slot
- Go to Settings > General > Mobile Networks > switch on Cellular Data and Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
- Go to Cellular Data Network > Access Point Names (or APN) and set APN to the APN of your destination country
iOS APN Setting
- Insert SIM in the card slot
- Settings > Mobile Networks > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
- Go to Settings > Cellular Network > set APN to the APN of your destination country
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date

Toujours fiable et facile à activer. Pas besoin de recharger un WiFi de poche ni de le retourner après utilisation. La carte SIM de voyage la plus abordable jusqu'à présent. Elle vous donne la possibilité de dépenser le moins possible pour les données mobiles à l'étranger, ce qui ne sert de toute façon qu'en cas de besoin. Étant donné que l'hôtel dispose du WiFi et que certains endroits offrent également le WiFi gratuit.
J'en ai profité d'innombrables fois. C'était toujours fiable et abordable. C'est aussi la meilleure option pour moi car je n'ai aucune capacité ESim. Plug and Play. Aucun problème du tout.
Ma troisième ou quatrième fois pour en profiter. Utilisation fiable et facile. Cette fois, ils ont également été flexibles pour me faire venir chercher chez naia3 au lieu de la livraison à domicile. J'espère pouvoir en profiter à nouveau à l'avenir.
Livré chez vous avec un manteau hors paiement Klook. Dans notre cas, puisque nous sommes proches de leur bureau, les frais étaient de 80,00 P supplémentaires en plus du paiement Klook. Sim est par HK Telcom Operator (HK-SMC) qui s'associe à JP Telco. A travaillé pendant ce voyage à Nagoya. Lors de notre prochain voyage à Osaka en juin, nous avons eu du mal à nous connecter. Le numéro de contact sur l'enveloppe de support / BigSky Nation était erroné - il manque un chiffre et vous ne pouvez donc pas les contacter. Vous devez rechercher leur contact. Le support client n'était pas non plus 24h/24 et 7j/7 comme indiqué dans les instructions/l'enveloppe. Nous devons réinitialiser le téléphone
La carte SIM m'a été livrée 2 semaines avant mon vol. Je l'ai simplement branchée à mon arrivée au Japon et elle était prête à fonctionner. Aucun problème de connectivité.
J'ai reçu la carte SIM la veille de notre vol, et avec peu d'attentes, j'ai également chargé ma carte SIM locale au cas où Snappy ne fonctionnerait pas. Mais à ma grande surprise, cela fonctionne parfaitement et est prêt pour le VPN, nous pouvons donc accéder à facebook, instagram, youtube en Chine. Recommande fortement!
Très bien. Plug and play. Je n'ai rencontré aucun problème. Connexion Internet très rapide. Livraison très rapide également. Livré dans les heures (2 heures) suivant la passation de la commande.
J'ai eu un problème le premier jour car la carte SIM ne s'est pas activée lorsque je l'ai inséré mais heureusement qu'ils sont très réactifs, il a fallu un peu de temps avant qu'ils puissent le réparer mais tout s'est bien passé après. Je rachèterai à coup sûr ! :)
Incroyable! La SIM a fonctionné immédiatement dès notre arrivée au Japon. L'accès à Internet était à la fois fluide et très rapide. Je suis très satisfait de cet achat. Merci Klook ! Se déplacer au Japon est tellement plus facile avec un accès Internet constant.
