- You can top-up additional credits to this SIM. To check your remaining SIM card balance, you may refer to the instruction manual provided
- Please check your phone settings and network settings if you cannot connect to the network after inserting your SIM card, if the network speed is too slow, or there are other connection problems. If you are still encountering issues with your SIM, please contact Klook customer service
- Please select the date that you expect to receive the SIM card
- If you wish to use the SIM Card past the 14-day limit, you can Top-Up your SIM by registering on topup.orange.com. Please note that that your SIM stays active indefinitely as long as you Top-Up every 6 months
- Top-Up online on the website with any international credit cards in Europe: 1GB valid for 7 days (EUR11); 5GB with 60 minutes international calls, 500 SMS valid for 14 days (EUR21.50); 3GB valid for 1 month (EUR25)
