Il faisait vraiment très froid et venteux, certaines attractions étaient fermées mais celles qui sont ouvertes valent le détour. Le rachat est assez facile aussi.
Les montagnes, la neige... tout était pittoresque ! L'échange a été assez facile, montrez-leur simplement votre e-voucher
Honnêtement, le voyage lui-même était incroyable! La météo était également en notre faveur. Nous avons pu voir et expérimenter tellement de choses. Bref ça valait le coup :)
J'ai eu une expérience positive avec Klook jusqu'à présent, donc je fais vraiment confiance à l'entreprise pour cette réservation. Cependant, Klook a très mal géré cette affaire. Premièrement, la compagnie m'a délivré le mauvais billet pour Jungfraujoch. J'ai dû descendre à la billetterie le jour du voyage, pour découvrir que mon billet avait été mal émis et j'ai dû acheter un autre billet à mes propres frais. Deuxièmement, j'ai signalé mon inquiétude à Klook, et on m'a dit encore et encore qu'ils me répondraient dans les 24 heures, mais cela ne s'est jamais produit jusqu'à présent. Au total, j'ai encouru plus de 800 $ pour 4 billets que je n'ai pas pu utiliser. Par conséquent, je vous conseille vivement de vous rendre simplement à la billetterie de Grindelwald un jour de beau temps, au lieu de la réserver en ligne avec Klook.
