a acheté les billets en ligne pour demain 20Dec mais a accidentellement mis une date erronée aujourd'hui 19Dec. Discutez avec le service client en ligne depuis l'étranger. le service client était prêt à aider à vérifier mais a répondu que les billets ne pouvaient pas être utilisés. Heureusement, je suis allé au comptoir du funiculaire et j'ai essayé d'échanger les billets et j'ai pu échanger même si la date est erronée.

C'était facile d'échanger un billet. La balade était agréable. La vue était correcte - pas trop belle - à cause des nuages. Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien. Peut-être pas trop impressionnant si vous venez de Suisse.
c'était une belle expérience d'aller au zoo alpin et de revenir billet inclus mais je suggérerais d'acheter la carte innsbruck qui comprend ce trajet
