- Additional surcharges will apply for pick-ups outside Bangkok and Kanchanaburi city limits, to be confirmed by the operator
- Child seats are available upon request for children aged 0-4 with a height of 109cm and below. One child seat will be provided for free, while succeeding child seats will incur an additional charge of THB200 per seat and per day, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
- The lead traveler is required to submit basic information of their fellow passengers joining the trip. Kindly send their complete name with title, nationality, and passport number to the local operator (klook-transport@thaiorientalgroup.com) for insurance purposes prior to the travel date. Otherwise, your booking will be rejected and full refunds will be issued
- Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before service date
- The service may canceled in case of bad weather. In the event this happens, you will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
