Luggage Policy:
- The vehicles can accommodate one bag or suitcase per passenger seat. All luggage must be declared upon booking. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles will be required to transport excess luggage
- Each declared luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes: Based on a maximum combined size of 62 inches or 158cm length + width + height. There is no maximum weight restriction for this service

Réservation facile et paiement direct donc pas besoin de manipuler de l'argent avec chauffeur, chauffeur professionnel, sympathique, serviable et ponctuel. Le prix était moins cher que de prendre un taxi, je recommande vivement de réserver pour les transferts aéroport.
Commentaires sur Klook : * Une personne du service d'assistance a pu me montrer mon nom afin que le processus d'enregistrement se déroule sans heurts. * C'était une camionnette pour 12 personnes, alors je lui ai demandé s'il y avait d'autres personnes, le chauffeur a d'abord dit non. * Mais il m'a demandé d'attendre "quelques minutes", il s'est avéré que c'était 20 minutes. Il a fini par demander aux gens autour de la zone d'attente de la camionnette et a obtenu 4 à 5 autres passagers. J'ai demandé à un gars assis à côté de moi combien le chauffeur leur avait facturé, et il a répondu "10 euros". * J'étais le premier à être déposé donc je n'ai pas eu à aller dans les hôtels des autres. La plainte ici est que nous ne savions pas que ce serait une surcharge pour un service privé, mais qu'il s'agissait finalement d'un service partagé et que, mis à part notre paiement, il a parrainé le voyage, il a récupéré 40 à 50 euros supplémentaires par lui-même. Je pense que Klook devrait nous rembourser partiellement car il s'agissait d'un "service groupé".
