- You can modify the pick up time within 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Klook's customer service for inquiries
- If you fail to pick up the device within 24 hours of your booked time, the phone might be rented to another client
- Failure to return the smartphone on time will incur an additional charge of EUR200
- Please inform the operator in advance if you will fail to return the device on time due to unforseen circumstances. Otherwise, the operator will consider it as loss or stolen and your card will be charged with EUR200
- If you would like to extend your rental period, please inform the operator at least 48 hours prior the scheduled return time

Le téléphone fonctionne bien ! Facile à utiliser! La réception est bonne.
C'est le meilleur choix pour louer cet appareil où vous vous connectez à Paris. Je l'ai aussi utilisé en Belgique et ça marche. Vaut l'argent que vous avez payé. Vous obtenez 2 Go par jour et je ne le termine même pas. C'est vraiment un must !
Easy to use however phone settings configured is complicated and we might easily exceed the given amount of data, or accidentally use data roaming when out of EU.

Easy pick up and phone worked effectively. Lasted the whole day without charge and has fast internet while using as hotspot.
Le téléphone portable était très utile, Internet était rapide. Fonctionne même dans le métro. A également un appareil photo décent et une longue durée de vie de la batterie. Le seul inconvénient est que j'ai choisi un service de retour prépayé par courrier, mais on m'a quand même demandé de l'argent lorsque j'ai renvoyé l'appareil malgré une enveloppe prépayée et un timbre-poste déjà payé !

We arrived at the Orly Airport and went to the Tourism Info Desk to pick up the wifi, however, they couldn't find my reservation. The person at the desk called his supervisor and sent a photo of the voucher to him. He said that they don't carry the product there and cannot do anything about it. I never got the travel smartphone and just wasted my money.
Excellent customer service, but there are some areas where the signal were so weak..
Super facile de décrocher le téléphone à CDG, à condition que vous demandiez un téléphone INSIDR, pas un appareil wifi. La connexion Internet est assez stable à l'exception des fois où vous devez redémarrer le téléphone pour vous reconnecter. Maximum de 7 partageant les données en même temps et la vitesse est toujours bonne. Cette offre est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix et je la recommande vivement.
