• You can modify the pick up time within 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Klook's customer service for inquiries
• If you fail to pick up the device within 24 hours of your booked time, the phone might be rented to another client
• Failure to return the smartphone on time will incur an additional charge of EUR200
• Please inform the operator in advance if you will fail to return the device on time due to unforseen circumstances. Otherwise, the operator will consider it as loss or stolen and your card will be charged with EUR200
• If you would like to extend your rental period, please inform the operator at least 48 hours prior the scheduled return time
