  • Children aged 0-2 are free of charge, as long as they're allowed to sit on their parents' lap
  • Please note: The vehicles do not accessibility features for disabled passengers. However, if you will be bringing collapsible wheelchairs or baby strollers, they may be put in a trailer at an extra cost of AUD5
  • When selecting your shuttle schedule, it is recommended that you allow a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights
  • Transfer time between Sydney CBD and Sydney Airport is around 20-30 minutes. Travel times may vary due to traffic, road works, or weather conditions
  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle
  • Hotel pick-ups are available from 05:00am-6:30pm. Meanwhile, airport pick-ups are between 06:30am-9:00pm
