Additional Information:

  • This is a one way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round trip service
  • Transfers are available 24 hours, daily
  • Child seat: Age 4+. The vehicle has a built-in booster in the middle backseat
  • The vehicles are not accessible to disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users). However, the driver can provide minimal assistance if the disabled customer has no issue riding in a vehicle without accessibility features
  • Food and drinks (except alcohol) are allowed to be consumed inside the vehicle, as long as passengers will keep their surroundings clean
  • Please indicate the complete address of your preferred pick up and drop off locations in the space provided at check out. Schedules will be confirmed in a separate email
  • The driver can speak English and Dutch. He will be waiting for you at the airport/train station, holding a sign with the primary traveler's name
  • In case of unexpected flight delays, customers can contact the company by phone at 0046 729399948
  • The driver has the right to refuse any customer due to excess luggage
  • Please note: If you booked a round trip service and are not staying overnight at the hotel, you will be charged an additional SEK99 per hour for the driver’s waiting fees, payable directly to the driver at the time of arrival
  • The service may be canceled in cases of bad weather. In the event this happens, you will be given an option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund

Surcharges:

Excess Luggage

  • A surcharge of SEK200 will apply if the passenger exceeds the number of luggage allowed inside the vehicle, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
