- How to get there: After exiting the immigration and security, turn right and walk towards the designated meeting area. Look for the staff representative wearing an ARRVL t-shirt
- Input your flight number during checkout, one of the representative will be waiting for you in the international arrival hall
- Collection outside of this timeframe is not available, and is not applicable for cancelation
Activation procedure
- Android & IOS Activation
- Insert the pre-activated SIM card. Restart phone. If no connection, follow the steps below
- Open 'Settings' and go to 'Mobile Data'
- Go to ‘Mobile Data Network’ and at APN key in: “”fast.t-mobile.com“”

- Clipper is the all-in-one transit card for San Francisco Bay Area, accepted by 22 transit agencies including BART. Check out the most updated list for reference
- You can add money to the card in ticket vending machines, ticket offices, selected retailers or online via Autoload
- Clipper card is preloaded with US$25
