Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet endroit !!! Cet immense parc aquatique devrait faire partie de votre itinéraire!

Tout le voyage a été très confortable et pratique. Même si le chauffeur ne comprenait pas le chinois, il a pu communiquer avec nous patiemment. Ce fut une expérience formidable !
Service très efficace, le chauffeur était très sympathique et serviable. Il conduit prudemment et rapidement.
M. Rin étant notre chauffeur était un homme très gentil! Aller et retour très confortable. Il est également très patient avec nous, même si nous sommes arrivés un peu en retard et avons dû traverser d'horribles embouteillages car notre hôtel était au milieu de Pratunam. Si vous utilisez une carte SIM touristique locale pendant votre voyage en Thaïlande, vous n'avez pas à vous inquiéter si vous avez enregistré votre numéro de Singapour lors de la réservation de ce trajet car le chauffeur attendra dans le hall avec un panneau Klook
The driver arrived before the pick up time. But when were on our way, she stops 3 times while driving. She is somewhat sleepy during the drive. When we get back to the hotel, she was lost. She didn’t know where our hotel was.

Driver does not understand english so it was very difficult communicating. It was not clear whether the driver would wait in the parking lot or not but basically, turns out, the driver will not wait in the parking lot. So when my mom had a minor heart attack we had no immediate transportation. We had to contact Klook Support. Good thing we had a portable wifi. Worst part was his driving was extremely dangerous! We almost got into an accident four (4) times due to his high speed and bad driver manners (he keeps on receiving phone calls while driving). My heart literally jumped as he would always do a sudden stop and we were SOOOOOO close from the car infront of us. Imagine, we were in a highway! If you’re a family group, best if you get a private transportation but NOT THIS SERVICE. I would suggest trying out other services.
