C'est très utile. Cela rendait les voyages plus faciles. Le chauffeur était respectueux et rapide.
Il n'y a pas de comptoir GO Airport Shuttle dans le terminal 5 de l'aéroport O'Hare. Si l'on arrive au terminal 5, il faut chercher le panneau de prise en charge qui se trouve à l'extérieur du bâtiment (il peut faire un froid glacial en hiver) et appeler le numéro indiqué sur le panneau d'affichage. Sinon, il faut se rendre dans un autre terminal. C'était assez frustrant car aucune instruction appropriée n'était donnée sur le bon Klook. Pour ma part, j'ai demandé aux alentours du Terminal 5 et j'ai finalement pris un transfert vers le Terminal 1. Ensuite, j'ai dû attendre environ une heure pour le transfert (OUI !! une heure !!). Il m'a fallu près de 3 heures entre le moment où j'ai atterri et le moment où j'arrive à mon hôtel à Chicago.
