  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

  • If you need two or more WiFi devices, please make separate orders for each one
  • Please make sure to leave your flight number at the checkout page
  • Please indicate at the checkout page which airport you want to pick up the device from and return to (you can select different pick up and return airports)
  • Please be aware that exceeding 3GB in a day can result in a loss of speed and possibly a temporary loss of connection
  • Due to the best effort system, transmission rates may slow down or reach no connectivity depending on internet traffic. Moreover, transmission rates vary among usage areas

Activation procedure

  • For iOS user:
  • Step 1: Click on the 'Settings' icon and select 'WiFi' button
  • Step 2: Switch the WiFi button to 'ON'
  • Step 3: Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label
  • Step 4: Enter the password which is written on the router's label
  • Step 5: Once you see a WiFi icon on the upper left side of your phone's screen and a check mark near the SSID code, you are already connected
  • For Android user:
  • Step 1: Click on the 'Settings' icon
  • Step 2: Click on the 'WiFi' icon
  • Step 3: Switch the WiFi button to 'ON'
  • Step 4: Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label
  • Step 5: Enter the password which is written on the router's label
  • Step 6: Once you see a WiFi icon on the upper right side of your phone's screen and a check mark near the SSID code, you are already connected

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 day(s) before the selected activity date
