Excursion à Puffing Billy, sentiers forestiers et découverte de la vallée de Yarra

It was a great experience especially for family. The guide, Sheriff was very helpful. We hope we have given him the proper praise but we couldn't express it rightvaway though we really appreciate his services. I hope his boss gives him a raise 😃. The group size is just enough.

Had a great time with Michael on the Puffing Billy and Yarra Valley tour! The whole tour was very well organised, with great timing and a comfortable pace—not too rushed, which made it easy to enjoy every part of the experience. I was truly thrilled with the beautiful scenery and the overall experience. Michael was a great guide and made the day even more enjoyable. Kudos to the team for a job well done! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable day trip from Melbourne. 👏✨

This had been the most magical experience of the trip. I especially loved the Redwoods and puffing Billy ride. Our guide Jess was also the sweetest and most communicative person, even with a group that wasn’t as responsive she didn’t lose any enthusiasm which kept the day upbeat and fun!! My only issue was the lunch location which could have be better researched. It was a random location in the town and there was a cafe right opposite which had much better options. We also visited the winery while there was another event going on and it was raining so there wasn’t any seats available for our group. the people at the winery was also very distracted due to the event ongoing. It would have been nice to have someone dedicated to the group even if it was for a half hour session so the wines could have been properly introduced. Wished there was a dinner location too which would have made the day perfect.

We were picked up close to our hotel by a tour guide named Graeme. He was both professional and funny and knowledgeable on the places we visited and the routes that we took. We enjoyed the Puffing Billy ride though wish we had more time to go through the souvenir shop. The view on the right side of the train is easier to see the head of the train. We saw an alpaca when we sat on the left side. Graeme gave us time to view the Train Museum which showed all the past steam engines. We went to have lunch in a town called Warburton. If you're the type to like shopping antiques and books try asking your guide for more time. The Woodford pizza and chai latte at Little Joe's is good. After that we went to the redwood forests. good place for Instagram photos. We went for Wine Tasting and they gave us 4 wines to try. If you're not an alcohol person, you are given the option to try one of their cannoli which was delicious. Overall, we had a great experience and it was really worth the money.

ガイドのマイケルさんがバスの中で盛り上げてとても楽しくガイドしてくれました。また、エアコンの温度は大丈夫かと細かなところまで配慮してくれました。さらに、 Wi-Fiのパスワードの入力がスムーズにいかない私に変わって入力してくれました。アメリカ英語で勉強をしてきた日本人の私には、オーストラリア英語を聞き取るのは大変ですが、マイケルさんはゆっくりはっきりと分かりやすく発音してくれたので、とても聞き取りやすかったです。最後にマイケルさんと一緒に写真を撮れたこともいい思い出になりました。ガイドがマイケルさんで良かったです。最高の思い出をありがとう！！！
