Chauffeur très joyeux attendant avec un panneau visible pour venir nous chercher. L'ensemble du processus a été très efficace. La voiture était de très bonne qualité, le chauffeur était très poli et conduisait en toute sécurité. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience agréable et sèche. Je l'utiliserais certainement à nouveau et le recommanderais à mes amis.
Le transfert en lui-même était très pratique. La cabine était confortable et propre. La raison pour laquelle j'ai déduit une étoile est le manque de communication entre Klook et l'opérateur local. J'ai dû répéter mes coordonnées par e-mail, discuter et finir par appeler moi-même l'opérateur local pour fournir les détails.
La voiture est grande, confortable, spacieuse et propre. Le chauffeur est très poli et la voiture est très sûre. Parce que notre vol est arrivé tôt, nous n'avons pas pu voir le chauffeur à notre sortie, après avoir cherché un peu, nous l'avons trouvé immédiatement, et il était très gêné !
