- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 pieces per car
- Special luggage such as wheelchairs, strollers, sports equipment, etc, will be counted as standard luggage

- Please note that the 10-hour service time will be counted from the pick up time you indicate at the checkout page
- The driver speaks only basic English. Please opt for a guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher standard of English
- If you book a guide, he or she will be counted as a passenger and will occupy a seat
- This transfer does not provide child seats
- Please advise your proposed itinerary first once you book so the operator can check if there would be additional surcharge or need to suggest alternative routes or attractions
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- If the tour ends after midnight, the overtime surcharge for the driver is IDR50,000 per hour
- An overtime surcharge of IDR100,000 per hour (within city limits) and IDR 150,000 per hour (outside city limits) will be incurred if your itinerary goes beyond designated time limit (10 hours usage)
- An additional surcharge of IDR150,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Bekasi and Tangerang (Soekarno Hatta International Airport)
- An additional of surcharge is IDR175,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Karawang, Serang, Purwakarta to be paid cash directly to the driver

Entraînement spacieux, chauffeur hospitalier. Hautement recommandé. Nous a amenés dans des lieux d'intérêt et a servi de guide en même temps. Généreux et ponctuel de son temps. Nous avons visité une plantation de thé, un restaurant au sommet d'une colline et le zoo.
Le chauffeur était gentil et respectueux. La voiture était propre. Nous sommes allés au Taman Safari et soi-disant en parapente mais à cause de la forte pluie nous n'avons fait qu'une seule activité. La pluie a rendu le Safari magnifique. Je pense que cela en vaut la peine si vous allez à deux endroits ou plus dans la région de Puncak. Avoir un chauffeur est agréable car vous n'avez pas à vous soucier du transport.
C'était super. Dadan (chauffeur) est venu ponctuellement et nous parvenons à couvrir les lieux selon l'itinéraire. Nous sommes allés à Cimory, Tea Plantation, Little Venice. La déception était l'embouteillage à Jakarta dès 16 heures.

Pak Daus est très amical et serviable. Il a fait de son mieux pour nous satisfaire car nous ne pouvions pas entrer dans le Safari. Il nous a même suggéré d'autres endroits, mais comme nous avions des enfants, nous ne pouvions pas aller dans beaucoup d'endroits.
Tellement apprécié la visite. Nous recommandons fortement Sir Dadan comme guide. En plus de s’assurer que nous apprécions la visite à Taman Safari, il a également indiqué où trouver le restang de bœuf bon marché, mais délicieux, à Puncak! Une telle expérience incroyable.
