- After the staff redeems your Klook voucher, they will help you activate your SIM card on your mobile device
- Once activated, the SIM card can be used within the specified validity and cannot be used again
- If the SIM card can not be used after activated, please turn the APN setting to "Internet" (both iOS & Android)
